Description

Small 8vo, 56 pp. Dark blue cloth cover with gilt title on spine. This is a presentation copy, with Lindbergh's full signature, dated August 1948. A review of this work is loosely tipped in at the front of the volume. In the preface to this work, Lindbergh writes, "I believe the values we are creating and the standards we are now following will lead to the end of our civilization, and that if we do not control our science by a higher moral force, it will destroy us with its materialistic values, its rocket aircraft, and its atom bombs- as it has already destroyed large parts of Europe".
