Pp xxxviii, 344pp (&) xvi, 374pp, (4 blank and errata) 3 copper engraved plates. Original flame tree calf binding, spine with gilt rules and title label in red, one vol with a partial title label. A wonderfully clean contemporary copy. Very scarce. OCLC 30259997 cites only 2 copies, at Columbia and Johns Hopkins; Cole 1182; Sinkankas 915; Hoover 726.
