Bookplate printed in black, laid down, very good condition. This appears to be the first UK edition; first published in Melbourne, Australia in 1880, this published soon thereafter.
8vo, viii, 336pp, all edges gilt. Brown gilt cloth, with gilt title at spine and "Gordon's Poems" within ornate gilt rules at front cover. Spine a bit faded; spine head and tail slightly rubbed. Internally very good condition. A small engraved label laid down at the title page, "John S. Reeve" Very good condition. Item #22151
