Internally, scattered fox spotting to end papers, o/w very good. Cover reads, "First copy to L. P. Osborn" at the top of the cover, and "by Henry Fairfield Osborn", at the bottom. Inside front cover reads "this rewritten, revised, replanned and remodeled Annual Report was entirely prepared under the direction of President Henry Fairfield Osborn by Mr. E. R. Sanborn. It is to be used as a campaign document: to raise the new Endowment Fund. June 2nd, 1923, Castle Rock." There is also a presentation by Sanborn to Osborn, dated June 1, 1923. Good + overall.
