Salem, MA: Parker Brothers, ca. 1900. A New, Instructive Game for the Home of the Schoolroom. Includes the instruction card & an advertisement card for other games. 48 cards are printed on one side with geography questions, with the headings as the answers to each question below; verso blank. The geography questions include Australia (population 4,600,000) and Melbourne, the North Pole (Peary got there first) and the South Pole. The board game box measures 5 3/8 x 6 7/8". Title in white on a red ground on front cover, with color illustration of villagers in front of three small huts, perhaps an Asian setting. Covers are dusty. Edges of box are rubbed, with some of the decorative red paper rubbed off. One end section of box cover is loose, but holding. Good. Item #12175
