The 1st article, entitled "The 'Excelsior Classes' in Australia' tells of Mr. William Groom, a young workman in a silk-hat factory in Melbourne, who developed a social services program for "the large numbers of boys who were drinking in the saloons of the city..." 8vo, 12pp. Title on cover above text.
