Patriotic postcard with U.S. flag in red, blue and gold with glitter decorating borders and four lines of The Star-Spangled Banner, with lyrics by Francis Scott Key: "Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just / And this be our motto: "In God is our trust." / And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave / O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!" The flag has 45 stars, suggesting a date prior to 1907. There is a box on verso for a one-cent stamp. 3 1/2 by 5 inches. Item #17118
