It said to be backed by the "Bank of New Zealand, Assets $58.000.000 and "The New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Co., Assets $18.696.070" & "The New Zealand Insurance Co. with unlimited Liability of Shareholders, Assets $1.985.655. The Directors of the above named Organizations are identical, and consist of the wealthiest Men of New Zealand".
4.5 x 3.2", 4pp, with a map of the west coast of the US on the cover, including Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah & Idaho. Gold border on tan card. The interior contains distances from San Francisco, Portland, and different junctions of the Oregon & California railroad, and the Oregon Central railroad. The other page is a listing of US domestic postage rates. A few small marks on the cover. Very good overall. Item #17631
