Anne Morrow Lindbergh accompanied her husband Charles on his survey flight around the North Atlantic Ocean in 1933. "Listen! The Wind" is Anne's account of the flight from Africa to South America to study the air routes between America and Europe. Ile Illiec, an island off the coast of France in Brittany, was owned by the Lindberghs between 1936 and 1939.
