Melbourne: Ca. 1885. View with a man standing under a gum tree looking toward the magnificent three story brick hotel with ornately decorated balconies, overlooking the ocean. The hotel was built in the 1870s and today is known as the Grand Pacific Hotel. 8 x 6", with a T & M watermark. Very good condition. Item #18857
