Included folded map in pocket attached to inside back cover. Inside front cover contains "Joshua Tree Productions, Inc. 1966" handwritten in blue marker. Likely a reference used in the production of a 15-minute educational film by Joshua Tree Productions in 1967 called "Antarctica: The Cold Frontier" for McGraw-Hill's Text-Film Division. Book is very good, with no markings to pages, jacket only fair, with tear at one front corner, bumped corners, several small closed tears, torn across spine and a photo that appeared on the verso of DJ has been cut away, leaving about 1.5 inches of the bottom of DJ but no more.
