Two volumes, "Northern Portion" and "Southern Portion" of insurance rates, with each town's property owner and type of dwelling named, from dwellings through saloons, boarding houses, barns, hardware stores, confectionaries, tinsmiths, tailors, stables, wagon repairing, and more. The Northern Portion volume includes the towns of Bayville, Brookville, Glen Cove, Manhasset, Old Westbury and Woodbury; the Southern Portion volume includes the towns of Baldwin through to Wreck Lead.
Each page has also updated with the change supplements printed in strips and laid down, right up through 1911. Volume II Southern Portion also includes notations in the margins. 16mo, black cloth covered stiff boards with paper title labels at front covers.
