It was composed of Australians, New Zealanders, British yeomanry, and Territorial Horse Artillery, in operations against the Turkish and Germans in Palestine and Syria.
Tall 8vo, frontispiece portrait, xxiv, 356pp, b&w ills, 5 maps (4 are folding), and diagrams. Publisher's red gilt cloth. Spine a bit rubbed, rubbed at edges of boards, a bit of splitting to cloth along front hinge. The maps clean, very good condition. Neat previous owner name top of ffep, A. Stanhope. Good +.
