Black cloth with red title on spine. Covers and spine rubbed and marked especially rear cover; damp stain along foredge of last pages of b&w plates, not affecting images. Two of the 15 folding maps in Part I with a bit of damage at folds. Inner hinges starting, held by string ties. Two contemporary albumen prints with surveying measurements noted in pencil loosely inserted, presumably having to do with the survey, but without attribution. Good +. Item #22859
