1920s Plebe Cadet Uniform Hat Box Label.

c. 1920. Color hat box label advertising "America's Finest Plebe Hats" manufactured by Irving Samuels Hat Co. Also called a Tar Bucket Parade hat. The Company was a supplier to the West Point Army Academy and other academies in the 1920s and 30s. Across the bottom of the label is a space for a style number, sizes and color. 9 x 7.5", blue and red text, illustration on a yellow background. Very good condition. Item #24817
