Brown's Dentist Practice, a bookseller, Lovelock's, a barber and perhaps the Melbourne General Post Office. Trolleys are also visible, but not the horses.
Parliament House is visible in the distance, and three pedestrians stand in the middle ground.
Titled in ink in a period hand. Albumen photograph laid down on board. 6 1/2 x 5 3/8". Not found in Trove. Very good condition. Item #24876
