Schweinfurth is noted for his design for the American Fine Arts Society Building in New York City, the Brookline Police Station, and buildings on the Wellesley College campus.
Plates include architectural sketches of details of cathedrals in France: Paris, Poitiers, Angouleme, Lamballe, as well as French manor houses & chateaux; Italy: Venice, Florence, Urbino; and Spain: Cordoba.
