Stamped on front end papers is a large gilt company advertisement and gilt presentation label completed in white ink to a "George A. Barnard, Worcester Mass" at the front of the volume. Complete with the large folding color map of New York City, Rand McNally & Co's "New Reference Map and Guide to New York City", tipped in at p 477.
The original cloth lined yellow and maroon illustrated wrappers are bound in. Profusely illustrated, with printed advertisements on verso of each image.
Thick 8vo, 720 pp, 450 illustrations, large folding map, advertisements sprinkled throughout the text, b&w printed photographic folding panoramic view of Warren Chemical & Manufacturing, showing the plant in Long Island City, NY.
