She is wearing a knitted one-piece bathing suit and cap. The photographer is not identified.

Window card size, 12 1/2 x 20", printed on an orange ground, with black and white printed text. Closed tear at right edge repaired on verso with archival tape, some faint creasing; the numbers 21 and 93 hand written on verso.
