McCurdy (1942 - 2016) was a noted American author and illustrator, recognized for his trademark b&w woodblock engravings. He was also the founder of Penmaen Press in Boston.
A fine copy handsomely mounted for presentation in a large maroon mat by a New York literary agent, with printed title on verso. 7 1/2 x 5 3/4", mat 16 x 20" Very good + condition. Item #26152
