Ulysses is the foundational modernist, stream of consciousness novel chronicling a single day in the life of Leopold Bloom, the structure paralleling Homer's Odysseus. First published in parts, it was published in its entirety in Paris by Sylvia Beach in 1922. This is a handsome facsimile edition limited to 10 copies, based on the 1928 edition (the 10th edition.)

Thick 4to, 735 unnumbered pages plus the wrappers and blank leaves. Red silk ribbon marker. Printed on 80# acid free paper. Quarter dark brown goat leather spine with blue title label, creamy sailcloth over boards, housed in a custom, titled slipcase. No. 9 of an edition of 10, signed by the publisher. This edition was based on the publishers personal copy. Fine condition. Item #26595
