A keepsake album of the French Industrial Exhibition which opened in Beijing on Friday 19, November 1965, which was a gathering of French-Chinese industrial and trade partners. Inside are invitations written in French and Chinese, typewritten seating chart, photographs of Chinese architecture and sculpture, postcards - some with pencil notations "Isphahan-Khazoo Bridge", stamped currency exchange receipts, beautiful examples of delicate cutout art, story summaries written in French, Chinese currency, menus printed with French art covers, a type written seating list of French attendees at the dinner on 24 November, and loosely inserted is a 1965 CAAC flight catalog written in Russian, French, Chinese, English.
The person who created this book sat at table 12, presumably with: Pao Y, Bureau of Foreign Expositions in China; Chien Chi, Professor at the Geophysical Institute at the Science Academy; Chan Bei Chun, Engineer of Bureau Instruments of the Minister of the Mechanical Industry; Wu Chu Kong, Professor at the Petroleum Institute of Peking.
