Paris: Depose F.T.; Monrocq, (nd) c. 1905. An imaginative French children's geographic board game with a world map and over 100 lead figures depicting the natives, animals, plants & flags of the world. Most of the lead figures are still attached to the original mounting board, in the original box.

The map is divided into three sections. The delightful figures, painted in color, illustrate the peoples, flora, fauna and flags of the world including North America, Australia, Africa, and the Arctic.

Original red gilt decorated box approx. 24 x 18". The mounted key to the map is present. In wonderful original condition. The French National Library records only the map at BNF No. FRBNF40700069, printed by Monrocq, [1905].

The box is slightly battered at corners, but secure. The interior is in pristine condition. Item #6719
