Elephant folio with central fold, watermarked paper, very good condition. Important map that includes Patagonia to the Falkland Islands, and south to Terre Louis Philippe and Palmer Land. Includes the South Shetland Islands. An early pencil notation of a voyage around the Horn is marked, dating from 1852. Not in Spence. Item #8385
