Boards a bit marked & dusty, with one spot abrading the "The" of the title, corners bumped, one quite bumped, o/w a good+ copy, rare item. Villiers' first book and earlier version of Whaling in the Frozen South. The book is about a whaling cruise with the Norwegian Ross Sea whaling expedition of 1923/24. The voyage calls at Macquarie Island on the way South and Campbell Island, after whaling in the Ross Sea. Geoffrey Ingleton copy of a very scarce title. Item #10305
