The pamphlet, "Presented by the Portland Borough Council" describes the virtues of Portland, Victoria as a tourist destination, described as the "first settlement formed in this now rich and populous colony". Instructions on "How To Get There, Amusements, Drives and Walks, Capes Grant and Nelson..." 1pp ads for the steamship "Dawn" sailing from Melbourne every Thursday at 4pm. Green wrapper slightly faded around margins, otherwise in very good + condition.
