Boston: American Tract Society, Ca. 1870. Hardcover. With an illustration of a kangaroo at p61 and text below, "The kangaroo was found in New Holland by the people who first sailed around the world". At p76 is 'The Australian Boy' with an illustration of a reclining boy dressed in a toga style garment, with a wreath of leaves on his head, and the following description, "There are people in the world who not only eat cats, rats, snakes, toads, and other animals without being cooked, but human flesh!".

Also includes "The Tea Table" ("How nice it is to have the tea ready when we come home!"), Hawaii (the "Sandwich Islands", with illustration of American sailors offering a gift of a hat to a Hawaiian chief), and missions ("Our Island Home": "Here the friendly people come every Sabbath, and we teach them from the Bible").
