Amsterdam: 1607. Looking forward to being able to travel again! Copper engraved map from Mercator's "Atlas Minor", published in 1607. Latin text on verso. Image size: 7 1/4 wide x 5 1/2". Paper size: 9 x 7". Good impression, faint damp stain at right edge, does not intrude into image. (For the French edition of 1609, see Van der Krogt 1, 111).
