Messenger, including hikers on the Tongariro Crossing, a traditionally dressed smiling Maori girl fishing guide beside a lake, and a convertible car on a lakeside road. Panels with text accompanying b&w photographs. 15 images include: the spa of Rotorua, Guide Rangi at the Model Pah, a Maori welcome at Whakarewarewa, steaming pools and terraces, the Waimangu Geyser, Maori cooking food in a steaming pool, a "Hongi" Maori Salutation, the Bath Building from the Lily Pond, bird's eye map of the Rotorua-Taupo thermal region (with the track marked in red), miniature volcano and Alum Cliffs.
