"An Act for opening a Trade to and from Persia through Russia" granting the Russia Company the right to import Persian commodities, in particular raw silk, on the provision that British woollen goods be bartered in exchange. The Act prohibited the using or wearing of any "wrought silks" in Britain, and states "this Act not to affect the East Indian Company". With the first page of the Act, followed by pp675-679. Folio.
