Budington in Kingston 'with large and airy rooms, hot and cold water, piazzas, beautiful views, fine walks and drives in the vicinity'. Refers to the Steamship Mary Powell for transportation from New York (the riverboat was launched in 1861 and travelled the Hudson for 55 years), as well as Hudson River amd Wallkill Valley trains. 5 1/2 x 9" on cream paper, black text and illustrated border. Slt. dusty at edges, o/w very good. Very good condition. Item #21338
