Emigrant vessels include: "Indian", "Eliza", "Himalaya", "Constance", "Ascendant", "Duke of Portland", "Tory", "Indian", "Bengal", "Sophia", "Mary". Immigrants hailed from Ireland, Germany, and the Shetland Islands. 'Distressed Needlewomen' including notes on orphans migrating to Australia.

Folio, 8 3/4 x 13 3/4", 150pp, back wrapper with additional title. Printed on beige paper with the title on the first page, as issued, stitching present but first fascicle loose. Edges chipped but only at the edges, covers lightly marked & dusty, interior clean. Very good overall. Item #21386
