Large albumen photograph of American soldiers preparing to fire a 21 gun salute in a Philippines' cemetery, with approximately one dozen freshly dug graves, each with an American flag, in the foreground. A cannon rests on the grass at the right, and palm trees and a large crowd line the hillside in the distance. The photographer is not identified.
