The detailed maps are handsome, recording the properties, the position of buildings on the block & their owners. The complete volume 3 only, Sections 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18, . The area covered is east of the Bronx River to City Island. Canvas index tabs on maps. Original cloth covered boards, leather label on front board. Boards rubbed & marked . Cover cloth split at hinge but hinge cloth is holding. Couple of maps with general soiling (left open on that page?). OCLC: 422621159 cites 2 copies, NYPL & Syracuse.
