San Juan Puerto Rico: Puerto Rico Planning Board, 1954. Hardcover. An important work on San Juan and its development, prepared for the Fifth Interamerican Congress of Municipalities, showing in schematic form with color maps, the development of the city and the directives for future development based on San Juan's historical evolution.

The last map, dated 1975 visualizes the San Juan metropolitan area of the future, and estimates a population of 1,000,000, about twice the area the city was in 1950.
