Stamped and addressed to Mrs. C. Bell, Edinburgh Scotland. The stamp is a 1d New South Wales 1897 Scott 98 1d rose red "Seal". 3.5 x 5.5". Minor cracks along the left edge of the image. Very good overall. Item #24896
