The S S Austral is shown with many people still standing on board near the funnels, and surrounded by numerous rescue boats and small vessels. In the right foreground a sailboat passes by, and in the distance 3 tall masted ships stand by. Titled in period ink below the image. Not found in Trove. 8 x 4 1/2".
With three images by Charles Bayliss, the first titled "Rocks outside South Head". Trove 49183272 locates a copy at the State Library of Victoria. (7 3/4 x 6").
The second, "Barrys Bay, Sydney Harbor", not found on Trove (8 x 5", slightly chipped upper right corner). The third Bayliss, "St. Phillips Church". Trove locates a copy at the City of Sydney Archives, image number oai:cos.photosau.com.au:045017. (7 3/4 x 5 3/4").
