Tokyo: June 21, 1948. A post war vernacular photograph taken in Tokyo of a building with a banner at the top, "We wish Gen. MacArthur for the President of the U.S.A." and below: "the Japanese Instant Construction Co." The building has rubble in the foreground, and other buildings in the back ground. On verso written in ink: 'Maybe some of our friends will get a kick out of this. Jack F. took the picture in Tokyo - the location is near the Samo[?] Apts.
