Bailey's artistic specialty during his career as a newspaper and magazine artist was buildings, city streets, and landscapes.

Bound in dark blue paper over boards, white spine, embossed image of Empire State Building on front cover, title in gilt on spine. Very clean condition, cover slt dusty, housed in original publishers box. One of an unknown number of copies, unnumbered. Box separated at edges and paper water speckled.
