W.W.II letter from Hankow, China to girlfriend in Illinois.
China: Oct. 10, 1945. ALS letter from W.W.II serviceman George Neumann to his girl Dorothy Borchers, while he was stationed in Hankow, China. He writes of the Japanese returning bags of silver, the complete destruction of factories, the German people he has met "Peachy fine people and I'm not just kidding you", and when he hopes to return home. "Do you still love me?... Well Sweetheart, Sugar Puss, my little locust Flower, I love you."
