Paris: 1798. Autograph document. A manuscript document with Directoir Executif and crest printed at the top and text surrounded by ink manuscript. The text is regarding church property in Brittany, an area in which Jean Baptiste Treilhard was very involved as president of the Directory at the time. Later under Napoleon, he went on to help draft the Napoleonic civil code.

8 1/8 x 12 3/8", 4pp, paper is watermarked on both sheets with the name Buger & Co. On the folded edge there is remnant of the old tab. Overall very good condition. Item #29412
