This is a republication of Sands & Kenny's "Landscape Scenery", first publ. in 1855, this issue published ca. 1862-3, containing 20 of the 40 plates of the first edition, with alterations, as plate numbers have been removed and the artist Terry's name is correctly spelled. 14 of the plates are of Sydney. Ferguson 15438. Oblong 8vo, illustrated title and 19 engraved plates, all edges gilt. Gilt brown full morocco gift binding with elaborate decorated title, gilt inner dentelles. The plates are remarkably bright, despite the tissue guards being browned, as usual. A very nice copy. Item #6083
