Presentation from the author to Miss Helen Blake. "This edition is limited to such copies as can be given away. Each and every copy being numbered 1." WITH a 5 page manuscript note from the author to Miss Blake. Hine wrote local histories of Staten Island, Woodbridge NJ, the Albany Post Rd. in New York, the West Bank of the Hudson.
